I have a thing for editing/photshopping pictures. It is a small addiction for me.

I love to edit other peoples pictures too! I sure hope that I don't offend anyone!

My mom took these on her recent vacation to Mexico.

Halloween Labels

We are having a Halloween Party for Taylor and her friends. I am having tons of fun with it!

Here are a few labels that I found for all the "treats" I will have for the kids!!

Carrots

Oh what to do when your father-in-law sends you home with a grocery bag full of carrots?

Well, if your name is Tori--you put them in a bottle.



Bottled Carrots

2 to 3 lbs carrots per quart cut 1 to 1.5 inch diameter
salt (optional)
Water

Raw Pack:
Wash carrots; drain. Peel carrots. Wash again. Slice, dice or leave whole. Pack carrots tightly into hot jars, leaving 1 inch headspace. Add 1/2 tsp. salt to each pint jar, 1 tsp. salt to each quart jar, if desired. Ladle boiling water over carrots, leaving 1 inch headspace. Remove air bubbles. Adjust two-piece caps. Process pints 25 minutes, quarts 30 minutes, at 10 lbs pressure in a steam pressure canner. (Have to adjust to 15 lbs in Utah)

It is best to have a wonderful assistant to help, even if he called me "Warden" all night, and made sexual jokes........ but I still love him!

Sparklers

On July 23rd, we got out the fireworks to celebrate Pioneer Day.

So naturally, I got out the tri-pod to play too.

Here are our sparkler pictures.

I am quite impressed that I got my circle so perfect.

This one I was making a complete fool outta myself trying to make myself invisible on the picture.

Taylor and Tylee got involved too.

These are some pictures that I took off my back porch Sunday night during the storm.

There was lightening popping all over and I wish I could have caught it!

This next one was after the sun had set a bit more and the clouds had moved along, but I still think they look so menacing.

Alphabet Book

For Brogans birthday coming up in a month (eeek!), I decided to make him an Alphabet Book. I wanted to use pictures from our life and house so that the objects would be more familiar to him.

Here are few that I have done........

I am printing them 4 x 6 size, then I will put them in a photo book for him.

I LOVE picnik.com, that is where I have been doing the editing.
